Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. As soon as you will place order, we will see whether all information require by us is complete or not. Once we accept your order, we will send you an email along with Order No. & Order Details. If Order Placed is in Cash on Delivery will be approved only after you have verified it as may be required by us.
We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days from the day of Successful Order Placed, unless we notify the customer, including by email, within the same term, of the ordered products being unavailable, including temporarily unavailable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
Orders are usually delivered on Business days (Excluding Sundays, Bank and other public holidays)
Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer and are indicated separately on the order form and into the delivery note. There are no shipping charges for cases where we specifically declare the same and purchases are over the threshold amount that we may display on the website.
However, please note that in the event of force majeure situations we reserve the right to delay the delivery until the same becomes viable in our sole discretion. In case, we are unable to deliver, we may in our sole discretion cancel the order and refund the amount by crediting the same to your credit card/ debit card or bank account or any other payment medium within reasonable time of cancellation by us.
Before being handed over to our trusted Delivery partners, the product(s) will be inspected and packed.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach, at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
